What do I do if I can’t log in as a parent/guardian?

Learn how to troubleshoot and resolve common parent/guardian login issues.

 

Before troubleshooting, review the login steps in How do parents/guardians log in to LanguageBird platforms? to make sure you are following the correct process.



Logged in to the wrong Microsoft account

If you are already signed in to Microsoft with a different account, you may not be able to access the correct MyLanguageBird or Teams experience.

Try this:

  1. Sign out of all Microsoft accounts (Teams, Outlook, and any Microsoft browser sessions)
  2. Close your browser completely
  3. Open a new browser window or use an incognito/private window
  4. Go to my.languagebird.com and log in again



Not sure which email to use

Use the same email address submitted on the enrollment form.  If you are unsure which email was used, contact support so we can confirm the correct email for you.



Microsoft password or verification issues

If your login uses Microsoft authentication and you cannot complete the password or verification steps:

  1. Go to https://accounts.microsoft.com
  2. Attempt to sign in
  3. Follow Microsoft’s prompts to reset your password or recover your account

If you still cannot access your Microsoft account, contact support for the next steps.
