# What do I do if I can’t join a meeting?

## If you're having trouble joining a Microsoft Teams meeting, follow these steps to resolve the issue and successfully access your class.

#### 1. Access the meeting through Teams

Instead of joining through a meeting link, follow these steps to access your class directly through Teams.

#### 2. Check Your Internet Connection

A poor or unstable internet connection might prevent you from joining the meeting. Try the following. 

- Ensure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
- If Wi-Fi is unreliable, try using an Ethernet cable for a more stable connection.
- Use your phone’s mobile hotspot as an alternative connection.
- Restart your router if you experience connectivity issues.
