How do I view and edit my profile in MyLanguageBird?

Your profile in MyLanguageBird includes important details like your contact information, time zone, and course type. It’s important to keep this info accurate so your instructor can stay in sync with your schedule and learning needs.

Go to the MyLanguageBird portal and log in using your LanguageBird Outlook email. Once logged in, you’ll land on your dashboard. On the top-right corner, click your initials to see your profile. 

In your profile, you’ll see your basic details like: 

• First, last and preferred names 
• Date of birth 
• Language course 
• Profile photo 
• Contact information 
• Education level, graduation year and current school 
• Address information 

• Click the editable fields to update your profile information 
• Make updates to your preferred name, phone number, personal email, or other available fields 
• Click “Save” to confirm your changes 
  
  

Important to note: 

Some fields—like your course or LanguageBird email—can’t be edited. If any of this information looks incorrect, please contact the LanguageBird support team.
