How can I request transcripts?

If you need an official transcript from LanguageBird, you can request it securely through our transcript partner, Parchment. Follow the steps below to order and send your transcript.

How long does it take to receive my transcript? 

  • Electronic transcripts are typically processed within 3–5 business days
  • Mailed transcripts may take longer depending on the destination and mailing method. 

Are there fees for requesting a transcript? 

Yes. There is a standard processing fee to send a transcript to a school or university through Parchment. 
  • Electronic delivery typically has a base fee (shown at checkout). 
  • Mailed transcripts also have a base fee, and if you select expedited delivery, an additional fee may apply. 
  • Unofficial transcript previews may be available to families, but only transcripts sent through Parchment are considered official by schools or universities.  

What if I need an expedited transcript? 

  • If you need a transcript urgently, email support@languagebird.com with your request. 
  • Additional fees may apply for rush processing in the case of mailed transcripts.
